While it's important for people to social distance, staying active is still a priority to staying healthy. Some tips to stay safe while continuing to play sports are as follows:
- avoid contact sports 
- wear a mask if possible 
- avoid shared areas and equipment 
Some sports/activities that these rules can be applied to are:
- tennis 
- running 
- swimming 
- paddleboarding/kayaking
